My sleep says I only sleep an hour a nite and it is always in mornings. I sleep 8 hours. I want my oxygen level at night but since my sleep isn’t recorded that isn’t either.

Just asking have you had the watch more then three days of sleeping with it? if so then here another question is the watch slightly snug at night about an inch above your wrist bone? 3rd Question do you have any scars, Tattoo's, Birth marks where the watch sites on your arm? if so switch arm.

I had to change the sensitivity of the sleep function in the app before it started given me a sleep score and recording my sleep first 6 days it never gave me any info. As far as I know sleep sensitivity just supposedly gives your more detail info like when you your briefly awake or tossing and turning but for what ever reason it helped start my sleep logging. OOh almost forgot I hear people talk about the tell the app from their phone that they are starting their sleep for the day I have no idea about this never seen this in the app but every night i swipe to the right and press night mode this will black out the watch so you can sleep with out any light coming on from watch in the middle of the night. Press the side button in the morning when you wake up to wake the watch up and the swipe right turn off night mode.

Hope this helps stay positive and healthy.

Outside of putting watch in night mode I have done all you suggested. I have had the watch for a week, it is 3 fingers above wrist bone and isn’t loose, I have sleep sensitivity mode on as well. I will try turning off lite but seems unlikely that will work. I will let you know
