So many problems with the Sense 😡

I’ve had a charge 2 for years and had absolutely no problems with it. My husband recently upgraded me to the Sense and honestly, I feel like sending it back. 

Firstly, since I’ve had it (3 weeks I think), I’ve never been able to receive text notifications. The call feature works and I managed to pair my air pods. Then I read that I should uninstall completely and start again from new. So I did that and I still can’t get texts and now it won’t sync. I have the latest update, have turned it off completely, restarted my phone, everything, but it just won’t sync anything other than my steps. It just keeps saying ‘syncing’. The Fitbit coach app has never synced to my phone and continuously displays a message on my app saying ‘failed to install, continue or install later’.

 

I really would like to get all these problems sorted as I’m sure it’s a great watch when it all works, but I just don’t have the time to sit and mess around/reinstall this watch over and over. 

Can the Fitbit customer service please advise?
