Sound quality poor making phone calls

People report that my voice sounds tinny or distant with my Sense. Have cleaned the microphone to no avail. Using with Samsung Not 10. Any ideas?

Are you maxing out the volume on your phone when the call is connected? The speaker isn't very great quality and it is small so it's really no good for anything other than a quiet room.

 

Update:

I actually just took a phone call and made sure that my phone and watch volume were at the max. It's okay, but like I said it's definitely only usable in a quiet room.
