Brand new Sense won't hold a charge longer then two days. My Fitbit HR lasted longer. What's the point of having one if you constantly have to charge it?

Hi @OneofLostgirls - if you use all the features all the time it will drain the battery.
Features such as Snore detection [premium members] and SpO2 will drain the battery by about 4 days alone.
Check and disable those you don't need - How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.

Sorry to hear that your Fitbit Sense's battery is draining quickly and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Have you charged your tracker since you set it up? The setup process does impact the battery specially if you include the firmware update. Still I suggest you try charging it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter.

I had the upgraded to the sence as well and mine lasts 2 days if that. So dissatisfied. The virsa lite I had is way better.
