SpO2 Data from Sense is worthless. Show me how I'm wrong.

I have a lot of issues with the SpO2 on my Sense. There appears to be no correlation between my SpO2 levels and my sleep. Also, the software does not show you what your actual SpO2 levels are at any given time. The only info available is an average. Here are some screen shots of various data from my Sense.

The first three images show nights with high levels of variation. The last image shows what I guess is a normal night of O2 levels

Can anyone tell me how this info is useful?

Looks like you got a lot of variability. May want to call your doctor and/or consider a sleep study if not done so already.

Did a sleep study. Nothing conclusive. Possible MILD sleep apnea. Those examples posted are not consistent. I picked them because they showed a night of variability. Most nights are normal. I've come to the conclusion that Fitbit watches do not track sleep accurately. I have had nights when I toss and turn, get up for the bathroom several times, and actually read for a while, yet the Fitbit says I had a great night's sleep. If it can't track sleep correctly, how's it possible to give me any accurate info on SpO2?

I understand. Maybe someone more knowledgable will stop by with clarity. Hope you get it sorted!
