For a data collection unit the Sense doesn't do a great job of collecting data like previous units. I have a feeling that there is way too much programming, which may or may not the data collection. With the stress management and readiness metrics, which are good indicators of their metrics, I have a feeling that they have an effect on the data collection.
Is there a way to get the collection system of the Ionic back in August 2020? According to my data, the Zone Minutes really took a hit in September 2020, the software would have been the only real change, as my routines have remained close to the same.

Perhaps Sept 2020 was when the switch was made from 'Active Minutes' to 'Active Zone Minutes', and heart rate zones calculations were also changed, so you are comparing old 'Active Minutes' to newer 'Active Zone Minutes' which are not the same thing.

It's hard to say exactly, since we're not on the ground floor of operations, but there is a desire in me to help out where I possibly can, instead of sitting and impatiently waiting for Fitbit to fix a pretty good device, aside from its known issues.
