SpO2 Signature clock face losing bands

Today my SpO2 clock face has lost the color in the bands.  So for example the step counting face shows a grey arc, with a small amount of blue at the left hand start of the arc.  During the day the steps showed up as a green dot on the arc until it worked away around to the end when it disappeared.  The same thing happens for the other faces. I've tried un-installing and re-installing, but that doesn't work, maybe because it won't un-install.

Any suggestions?
