Three days ago I activated my Premium trial. Since then, SpO2 data has not been syncing. The data is still being gathered, because I can force it to sync SpO2 by rebooting the watch at which point all the missing data appears. However, the app and/or the Sense don’t seem to want to include this in the normal automatic sync.
Any idea of a permanent resolution? Should I just wait for Premium to expire?

Best AnswerUnfortunately it’s stopped syncing SpO2 for no reason again. All that has happened since last time is that I rebooted the watch because it wasn’t getting notifications. Reinstalling the Fitbit app didn’t help this time. I will leave it be and see if it picks back up.

Hi @sockatume ! Welcome back to the Community!
I'm sorry to hear the SpO2 syncing issue happened again.
I suggest you to install an SpO2 clock face, following steps shown in the following help article : SpO2 clock face
You can also have full information about tracking blood oxygen saturation here How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?
I hope this serves.

Best AnswerIt came back up today, I may try that if it continues to be an issue. The SpO2 app was previously very reliable and gave me much less battery drain than the watch faces. (And more flexibility of course!)
