SpO2 sensor not flashing, not recording data

The past 3 nights my 02 has not been tracked,  I noticed my red light doesn't flash anymore,  please help!

Have you tried restarting your watch?

 

Shut down the watch

[Swipe left, Settings, at the bottom, Shutdown]

 

wait a minute


Start the watch

[Hold the button till it vibrates or logo appears]

Wait for the clock to reappear.

I am still having issues with my o2 reader and this is my second watch, I exchanged the first one

@Ssssssttttttt I got in contact with our Support Team and they mentioned that they replied to you via email around two days ago. I recommend replying directly to the email they sent to you, so your case can be updated and our team will be able to continue assisting you.
