Spinning calories on Fitbit Sense

I have a Fitbit since last week and love it. But there is one thing confusing for me.

Spinning has been my key workout and I used to burn about 500 kcal for an hour with an average heartrate of 130bpm. But my Firbit Sense is only showing 334kcal with 44 min Fat Burn and 6 min Cardio, at 126 avg bpm and 148 max bpm.

It this normal? I had a stroll with an average 125 bpm and the kcal burnt is way more than that.

Thanks in advance.

@fbhang , calories on Sense rely on its heart rate (HR) values, which have been quite inaccurate since the beginning, a year ago. There are several threads with many posts about HR issues in this forum. So my advice is: don't take Sense calories or HR too seriously. Since I realized their big inaccuracies, I take them just as very rough indicators. Which is a bitter surprise after purchasing such an advanced and expensive watch, isn't it?

Maybe this new OS update will bring improvements on that, but no one knows (Fitbit keeps silent about that). Most of, or all the more seasoned Sense users have not great expectations on that. After one year waiting...

Thanks Miguel! It doesn't appear inaccurate for me for regular use, or the actual heart rate during exercise... I guess there are some details inside the readings which are out of my ability to understand.

Let's hope for a better OS.
