Hi,
Since last week my Sense has detected sleep during the day (every other day on average). My lifestyle did not change and I have been Fitbit user since 2017. The Sense I have since the release. Do more people notice these false sleep durations? Yes, I know you can manually delete them but it is annoying to have to do that all the time and it also reduces my trust in the sleep data in general. Seems something has changed in the algorithm for sleep detection, and not in the good direction.

Is there an off chance sleep sensitivity changed from normal to sensitive?

Hi,
I did not even know about this option, I have always used baseline which I assume is normal. I just checked and indeed it is on normal. Yesterday wrong sleep tracking was the other way around. I went to bed around 23:00 but it started measuring sleep at 01:00 while I fell asleep instantly. Seems my Sense if off for sleep tracking ;-(.
This happened after the latest firmware update and 2 days ago the clock was set 1 hour (Fitbit is also incapable dealing with this). So I will see for a few days, but if this keeps happening I will return the Sense.
