Is there any way to measure during the day as it only seems to measure at night but I have lung disease and would like to be able to check during the day when I'm feeling breathless?

No, @AlexHewett, it only measure the SpO2 while you are sleeping. There is no way to select the times. There are small Oximeters on the market for less than $20, but there has been a lot of debate about their accuracy.

I appreciate that buy the whole point of buying something that does it all in 1 is that you don't then have to buy something else to carry around. I had a £30 tracker before this that did track my sp02 when I wanted. It seems like this fitbit is a great idea with poor execution.

it may be a "poor execution" of a "great idea", but it is on that fine line between a medical device and a fitness tracker.

Of course but my point isn't of quality or of a medical device it is that I can track my heart rate when I want my ecg when I want I would like to do the same with sp02 so hopefully some one from fitbit will see this and do an upgrade for the software.

At the beginning we had to use specific watch faces to track it also during night while now it's automatic.

Probably, soon, it will become available also during the day like the other features(just my opinion of course).
