I have spotify premium and I cannot control music on my fitbit sense. I can't even get my sense control running on my iPhone. I am so confused. Please help

Hi @Dragonmom1  - you will need sense controls, in Bluetooth, click the gear icon beside Sense controls and turn it on and in the Fitbit App click on profile photo, device photo and on-wrist option to get connected.

Check if you can control your Spotify music on your iPhone using music controls. 

Double press the button and tap on Music shortcut.

This should enable you to control your music and the volume without having to stop any app or clock face currently running on the watch.
