Staggered Sleep logs

I've had my Sense for around 3 weeks now and we are getting on well 🙂

However, on 4 separate occasions I have an incomplete sleep record where it records to maybe around 1am and starts again at 3am, or cuts of around 7am and picks up again at 7:30.

This makes it look like I've logged less hours than needed and gives me a low score.

I've tried swapping wrists, make sure it's 2 finger widths above wrist bone, not too tight, not too loose, etc.

Does anyone have any other suggestions? Or is there anyway to manually add the 2 sleeps together and fill in the gap - it's kind of annoying and although it only happened once last week, it's been twice this week so I'm worried it's getting worse.

Hi @Tinyboots. Maybe seeing screen shots will help understand.

In any case your sleep score looks at all sleep periods that ended after midnight.

Hi Rich, screenshot attached - the 2 this week are Thursday & Saturday.

You can see on Thursday it stops recording at 1:52 and picks up again at 3:11?

I can kind of understand the Saturday one as I must have woke and then didn't go back to sleep for 3 hrs, but it was still all one sleep (back shift last week so I try to sleep longer).

One thing you can do is take note of the short interval beginning and end, then delete it. Edit the beginning and ending time of the sleep interval that was scored. The software will not allow time overlaps, so that's why you'll need to delete the short sleep times.

There is a chance this will screw up the data and you'll lose your score for that day. If the score disappears, you will only be able to see basic sleep data. If you don't correct it on the same day, it increases the chance of the score disappearing. I wish they would fix this bug.

Please explain how to delete parts of a supposed sleep. Mine often counts as sleep the time I have a n bed drinking tea in the morning
