Can anyone help me? I just purchased the sense today and my WhatsApp's notifications are not showing nor Facebook messenger. Bluetooth is on and I have allowed for the notifications but to no avail

Hi @Lauracwex  - have you tried the setup guide - https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1979.htm?Highlight=Quick%20settings

 

Note that to receive notifications from specific apps eg Whatsapp/Facebook you need to indicate this per app. Go to Fitbit app in snartphone, tap profile picture (top left), tap device (sense), tap notifications, then tap app notifications and then select the apps.
