Whenever I use the stairclimber mode on my sense it never tracks my heartbeat.
I'm not using it any differently and I know that my heart is definitely pumping hard hard but it reads below below zones.
Any ideas?

Hi, @Retro173 , welcome to the community. May I suggest you review your settings in the "Stairclimber" mode? Swipe left from the clockface to and touch "Exercise" >swipe up to and touch stair climber> you will see a little chevron at the bottom of the screen, swipe up, make sure HR notifications is on, adjust the other settings as you desire. Ensure the back of your "Sense" is clean, wash with warm soapy water, I use a cotton bud to clean the charging contacts and LED lights/sensors. Make sure your device is dry before you charge it. You may find this article of interest How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?
Let us know how you get on.

@Retro173 If you look over the forums, there is a known issue with exercise heart rate tracking. My Sense was retired 2 Months ago due to this. I could not get into fat burn on the stair climber even trying so hard I irritated my knee. And I wouldn't recommend turning on heart rate notifications as @Gr4ndp4 suggests. You can try it for yourself, but many have reported it's highly annoying. Especially given how Fitbit heart rate jumps all over the spectrum randomly.
