I ordered my fitbit sense on January 27th and have been wearing it since beginning of February. I've noticed over the fast month or so it has been inaccurately counting my flights of stairs. It would give me hundreds of flights of stairs during a 12 hour shift which would be nice but definitely not accurate. I work as a nurse and I do wash my hands pretty frequently but never soak my wrists. I've look online for solutions and all I've found is to restart it which I've done almost daily but it doesn't help. Hope my watch isn't malfunctioning. Thanks.
Best Answer@Adelaney1992 unfortunately this is an issue for many, maybue most Sense owners. Mine is actually not only working, but it is accurate after I got a new device because my old one split in two halfes. I do not think anyone has any clue why it does not work for so many. Fitbit has acknowledged it is a problem, but I am not sure if they replace units with this error, or if it is "a work in progress". Since your device is new, I would call them, and hear what they have to say. I'm sorry, I know this was not the response you were hoping to get.
