I have read a number of posts in this community but cannot find the correct answer to my problem. I'm trying to add my Starbucks card to my Fitbit Sense. I've followed directions posted in this forum but I get stuck and need some assistance.
All the posts have said to go to your account>Sense>Apps...etc. This is where I am stumped. I do not have an icon for the menu for apps. When I get to Sense these are my only options: Voice Assistant, Gallery, Media, Wallet, How to Use, Wrist, On-Wrist Calls, Notifications, High & Low Heart Rate, Reminders to Move, Main Goal, Quick View, WiFi settings, Sync Now, Device Lock, & Remove This Sense.
Can someone help me find my way to the correct menu to connect my Starbucks Card to my Sense?

In the phone app, tap on your picture in the upper left, then Sense, then gallery, then Sense and scroll down to see "my apps".
Best AnswerTap Starbucks app, then tap on settings under Starbucks app to add your Starbucks card number.
Best AnswerAll of the answers assume that when you get to my apps on the Fitbit app, the Starbucks app will be there. It was there on my old Fitbit sense, but with my new Fitbit sense, it is not even there in the list. I need it installed on my Fitbit app. How do I get it there. Btw, I've logged out and back in, like I was advised. Then uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still not there. How do I get it to show up in the app list?
I am having this same issue. It isn't listed with the rest of my Fitbit apps. But I was able to easily find it with my Sense 1.
