Step counter

Step counter did not reset this morning.

I did turn off and on again and still did not reset

Thank you.

I finally had to call the Help support and she had me go to
Fitbit.com and sign in and activate the driving part between 400am and 630
am. That cleared the steps and fixed it

Hi @Pegleg_11359  - this could be a clock face issue. Try changing to another clock face or go to the today app on the watch to confirm your steps did reset.

 

If it is correct on the watch but not on the phone try logout of the app on the phone and restarting both watch and phone.
