I bought a new charger because my sense would not charge only tell me 0% and never turn on. This really frustrating because I'm over the warranty and today cannot afford the father's day discount or even the 35% off Fitbit gave me. Plus email them and was only taking off like 16 dollars. I have been through some many Fitbit products that have issues like this I think I am done with Fitbit products been a loyal customer since the start and always bought the high end products. Sad to say but I'm done.

Hi @Kennytexas21 - just to be sure did you buy a new charger or a new charge cable?
There is an issue with charging which is not the watch needing replacing in most cases.
Check the proper cleaning and cable instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
