I think my Fitbit Sense just did the update. I had to do it a couple times because it had an X and kept saying retry. But I think it must of worked, because it updated my steps. It says I did 13,530 steps, it's only 8am. Lol

Just in case, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and makes sure that you don't have another watch or Mobiletrack in addition to the Sense

Lucky you! I did 6.2 miles on my elliptical this morning and my crappy watch only tracked 1.2 miles. If I'm walking outdoors, it undertracks my steps by anywhere from 10-60%. It's consistently inconsistent and this is my 2nd watch because the 1st one was equally defective.

This isn what happened to me. I had mobiletrack paired and it registered me at.65k steps. WOW I knew something was wrong right away. Yesterday it was fine running the two.
