It that the only metric not populating. If so that is odd. I did a quick search and saw where you have been having issues with this back in January. I really don’t understand why some people have issues with data and others do not and it’s centers around upgrades. Maybe upgrades get corrupt during download due to some reason? Idk.

regardless sorry to hear you are still having   a problem.

remove watch and app. Start over like a new device, if not done so already

Go with a factory reset as @Clove6060 suggested. Uninstall and reinstall the app. This way, when you talk to support, all the other steps before factory reset can be skipped.

Factory reset takes a bit longer but it's the last resort, so to speak.

I saw where sunriserun477 has deleted sleep log then reentered the time and he gets sleep metrics.

doesn’t always work though.

I did that (factory reset), no success. I may try again but it would be the third time. I tried all the tricks in the hat. However, in one of the last thread on the same issue, now fixed, the admin posted "You have a sleep record of the last 3 nights". That was Thursday. So let's say Thursday night, Friday night and Saturday night. Tomorrow could be the day 🤞

Update. BR doesn't appear, even after 4 nights of sleeping log. I agree with @Clove6060 it is a software issue or when they changed my Fitbit to fix the issue, it would have worked. I have just enough, customer service gave me again the same standard answer about they are looking into it. I don't understand the logic behind it. Anyway, one thing for sure: my next Fitbit will be of another brand.

Watch construction, software update issues, and customer service steered my son away from a Fitbit Sense on Friday. He got an Apple Watch.

I too have been having problems with the Breathing Rate appearing consistently in the Health Metrics section of the app. I'm on Android so it doesn't seem to matter the phone OS.

I'm lucky if I get 2 out of 7 days recording the BR value even though I wear my Sense to bed every night and get at least 6 hours sleep consistently so it should track it. I get all the other results like heart rate variability, SpO2, etc...

Here's what it looks like:

I have tried all the usual resets, etc...This has been going on for at least 6 months now.

Matches mine 100%. And you are right, it's not the phone or the app. It's something in the firmware/smart watch. They changed my one and I am still having trouble. Since December.

Two months and worn all the time except when charging -- never had BR register. Not once ...
