Customer Service wont ad match

I bought a fitbit sense a few days ago. Now they have a new promo that is the same package I bought plus a sports band. I am well within their 45 day return policy. I asked them to honour the offer and they refused so now I have to return it and repurchase it. Very dissatisfied with fitbit customer service. Anyone else out there been burned this way?

Hi @Dissatisfied123 it happens this time of year. One place I shop offered a 30% discount one week and slashed it to 10% the following week, so I missed out. Since you're paying to return the Fitbit, aren't you paying for shipping back and then having to wait longer?
