I have tried everything, uninstalled, reinstalled, turned devices on and off again! Since reinstalled it won't connect to Bluetooth! Recognises watch is there but not connecting! Have Samsung a71 android 10, but nothing is happening! Tried contacting support to find emails not being accepted at present! Starting to think it was a waste of money

Can you please also confirm the versions of watch Firmware and Fitbit App

Best AnswerI totally agree. I have done all the same things and I also have Android 7.1.1 but the Sense won't communicate with either of two windows 10 computers I have tried. I did originally but lost all contacts about three days ago.

@Hevbit @rorytee Thats good, how it should be.
If after restarting phone and watch [with no other Bluetooth devices in the vicinity] its not working right, probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
