Stop getting calls and texts but keep data coming into app

I would like to not get calls or texts on my Sense.  But I do want to keep the data flowing into the app.  So I don't think I can take the Bluetooth pairing away.  How do I just undo the phone and text permissions? Thanks!

@NGStockard you can do this is the Fitbit app. Tap on your profile photo in the upper left. Select your device and the tap on "Notifications" in the "General" list. That will take you to the screen where you can turn off the specific notifications that you don't want to receive.
