Stress Management Score

The stress management score isn't working. I am following all the criteria it states such as wearing it for over 14 hours and doing more than 500 steps but it still isn't showing me a score. Any ideas why?

Did the watch sync fully today?, and how long did you leave it to perform the calculation?, may take a while.

I've been wearing the fitbit for 3 days and have synced it 3 or 4 times
today. And it said it had finished syncing. Keep checking back and still no
score it showing. I have been doing EDA scans and relaxation breathing
exercises on it but the stress management score just isn't working

Interesting, possibly the following procedure may help for Android

Logout of Fitbit App

clear Fitbit storage cache

force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to go away]

reboot phone

On the phone, Settings, Apps, Fitbit - to do the special actions, in an attempt to clear any misconfigurations

I have cleared cache, reset phone, shut down my fitbit and turned it back
on and shut down app and went back and still nothing.

Thanks for doing the trouble shooting, one last thing is your phone on the compatible phone list. ?

if so, probably best to contact Fitbit Support  directly. They may be able to help you.
