I preordered the Fitbit One. In addition to the One I’ve had a Surge, Ionic and now a Sense. Until recently Fitbit support has always been helpful. I have a simple question re: Stress management. Fitbit support and Chat are worthless. Returning Sense. Looking for another brand.

So I guess you have decided to leave Fitbit rather than ask your question here.
