My sense has been stuck on the logo screen for several days now. Contacted customer support which only told me to do a manual restart which didn't work for me. Their recommendation is to get a new Fitbit at 35% off, I purchased this Fitbit last Apr which is abt 16mths old now and is outside of warranty. This was my last purchase from Fitbit after reading how terrible the sense 2 and versa 4 watches are. This is unfortunate that since Google bought Fitbit that it has gotten really bad in terms of hardware and OS for fitbits. I did like the platform, app and usability of the watch itself until it stopped working.

Hi @NS08 - generally a reboot loop is terminal for the watch and can occur for various reasons.
However you can try some options.
Turn off the phone's Bluetooth and see if it still reboots.
Turn the Bluetooth on and change clock face in the app and see if it still reboots.
You probably can't factory reset it with the button because it reboots in the middle of the procedure..
Fitbit don't provide any other way of recovery, though you could try letting it run completely flat then keep holding the button when you plug it in to charge and see how it starts.
You are correct the more recent watches don't have all the features of your watch which seems like a backwards step.
