So my sense battery ran out and I wasn't able to charge it for about a day and a half, when I then charged it it came back on with very high brightness and the black background was more grey.
The screen timed out and when I turned the screen back on there was just different coloured lines and blobs. (Picture attached)
No visible damage or cracks and I'm certain it hasn't been damaged since it last had charge.
Annoyingly I bought it 1 year and 2 weeks ago so I think it's out of warranty? (I'm in the UK). So not sure what my options are in terms of repair or replacement.

Hi @IrSam - first try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
If the problem persists it is likely (from the described symptoms) it has suffered internal damage from moisture inside possibly causing it to run flstt quicker than expected.
If it gets hot when charging stop immediately.
UK may follow European 2 year warranty, worth checking.
