The timer on my Sense stopped working. The only option now is the stopwatch and it will not start.

Hi there, @KatBoss. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense.
Please restart your Sense as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Submitted content: Thank you for the information. I had tried the reboot and it did not
work. Changed the clock face, no change in timer issue. Rebooted again,
and no change in timer issue. Very frustrating for me because I use the
timer quite often.
Any other suggestions?

Hi @KatBoss - to get the timer working again you may need to do a factory reset. Alternatively look for another timer app, such as Simple4Timer, No app is allowed to work as a system timer but works well and has extra functions.
