Does anyone have a solution for a stuck sense?
It’s stuck on 3/4 update after purchase. Tried restart of app, phone and device and it just loads back to 3/4.
I also tried to forget it from the app; and now it won’t find it again.

Maybe it's an internet connection issue. Try rebooting your router. Make sure you give enough time for a full update. It takes a while to update your fitbit software.

What phone are you asking for help with @Govi.
If it is an android, you will need to stop/ shutdown the app through the phone's settings. Simply swiping off the screen will not stop the fitbit app.
Are you updating through WiFi or Bluetooth?

i took it back to the shop and the replacement was updated in 5 minutes
must have been the unit
