Stuck on Fitbit logo

My sense is stuck on the Fitbit logo.  I hold it for 10+ seconds to restart it but it just turnd immediately back on to the logo again.

 

I can't get to any different screen or seem to turn it off, anything.

 

What do I do?

First off, the Sense is a piece of garbage. First i got the black screen of death and Fitbit replaced it with a "refurbished" watch. 2 months later that watch has the Logo issue. Now they state i'm out of warranty, even though my original purchase was only 8 months ago. They are going to be nice and give me 35% off a new piece of garbage. Really?? I'm done with this brand and their BS replacement policy.
