Suggestion to make notification alert more private

There should a mode where you can choose to have notifications only vibrate the watch and also NOT wake the screen. I thought "manual" mode for the "screen awake" would do this but it doesn't.

It would work like this: phone receives a notification, the watch vibrates only, turn the watch toward you to check and that's when the screen wakes and shows notification.

I say this for privacy reasons. At work, I don't need my coworkers or patients (I work in healthcare) to see my notifications without my knowing (like when my watch is turned away from me). Or in a social setting, like the movies or something similar, it can disruptive and distracting to the people around me for my watch to randomly light up.
