Switch between "Exercise" app and other apps

morning everyone! hope you can help me...

how do i switch apps when the "exercise" app is running?

if i go for a walk, i always start the "exercise" app on my fitbit sense. but let's say that i stop in a shop for 1 minute to buy a bottle of water, i can't switch between apps to access my wallet and pay. is there something i'm missing or don't know about?!

@deiG  - what is your long press shortcut assignment?

@deiG  - when you double press in a workout you should be offered 4 shortcuts. Except perhaps swim.

Wasn't able to reproduce your issue.
