Sync Issues!

My Sense has stopped syncing with the app. I have tried closing the app and wiping it, but still won't sync. Anyone else?

Hi Angela.

 

It has happened to me a couple of times. One time I had managed to switch off bluettoth on my phone....No comment 🙂 The other time it was resolved when I restarted Sense.

Thank you. Yeah I don't know what happened. It wasn't a Bluetooth issue. Restarting the app didn't help either. Had to restart Sense. Appears to be working again. Will be monitoring closely. This thing is too new and too expensive for it to be having issues like this. 👍
