the other day my sense asked me to log in, which is never have to do. when i did, it lost all my data prior to that day. I can't fix it and it won't sync any data! the customer service rep was awful and not helpful

When your data is gone, that usually means you logged into the wrong fitbit account with a different email than you had been using.
