Sync problems after premium expired

Couple of weeks ago, my fitbit premium expired after 9 months of use. Since that moment, I have a problem with loosing connection. Yes, I've read all resolutions about connection problems and they work, but what's the point if they work for a day or two and I have to do all those things again. I'm tired of resting watch, rebooting phone, switching Bluetooth on and off and removing and adding watch again in app. And checking from time to time if it's still connected. This all renders Sense useless and took away all fun of wearing it.

Is this on purpose to force people to buy premium? I don't recall having any sync problems when premium was active.

I agree. I have had this problem since I got my Sense YEARS ago.  I know you have to have some talented developers working there, and if you can find workarounds, then you should be able to implement a bug fix. Especially after a couple years.

Nothing to do with Premium subscription, they just don't care. At least yours still functions as a watch at worst. Thousands across various models of watch are now paperweights. Customer support hasn't even bothered to reply to my email.
