Hey! for 2 days my steps haven't been registering on the app, I've done thousands more than what is showing.
I have tried deleting & reinstalling the app no luck. I removed my sense device and now it won't connect back up. I have tried everything, resetting my sense, deleting the sense from the Bluetooth settings, turning my Bluetooth off and on, turning my phone off and on.
i have now lost the settings on my actual Fitbit and still cannot connect my watch up to my app!
completely at a loss, I have tried absolutely everything 🙃
hope anyone can help me! I can't afford another watch at this time.

Hi @Emma023 - did you try removing both the Bluetooth entries for the watch from the phone too? Then logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it before restarting the phone.
Make sure you fully charge the watch and restart it also, and make sure there are no other copies of the Fitbit App running on another device and there are no other watches on.
Login to the Fitbit App and go to the Device/Account (Connected to) page and try adding your watch again with replace. How do I set up my Fitbit device?
