Syncing issues since latest Apr 25th update - Fitbit Sense

Since updating to the April 25th update, I've been unable to sync with my Fitbit Sense with the Android Fitbit app. I've seen many 1* updated reviews on Google Play saying the same issue. I've tried everything listed in the Fix it - Troubleshooting guide, from the Bluetooth reset to the uninstall and reinstall app & factory reset the Sense. Managed to connect it to my phone (Samsung Galaxy S8+) again but now it cannot sync since Sunday. Quite frustrating as I am unable to log my sleep & don't want to factory reset to sync since it's redundant to do so.

 

Is this an app issue? And are there fixes T_T

There's an update? To what, the watch, or the app?  I've received neither..

I've experienced all the same issues.  Sense is only 3 weeks old and working great until just a couple days ago.  It started with not recording my sleep stats and now it won't sync to android or desktop app.  

Any ideas??

My Sense is only a month old and quit syncing to my phone - in fact it cannot be found by my phone anymore

So frustrating - spent a lot of money on this.

I think it's just the latest update. I updated to the latest last week so that's why I said "Apr 25th update". I haven't been able to sync to my sense since that update. I tried rolling back but it didn't work either
