I've reset the Sense, my phone, my Wifi and I still cannot get the Wifi connected. I'm sitting right next to my router and have had the sense plugged into the wall as well as directly into the computer. Any ideas?

Is this a problem you are having during setup? It's just that under normal operation the wifi will not be connected as it's only used for certain things : "These devices use Wi-Fi to set up your watch, download playlists, download apps from the Fitbit App Gallery, and for faster firmware and Fitbit OS updates."
If it set up ok, are you having a particular issue?

Best AnswerI'm having the same issues after updating iOS to 14.0.1. I just can't connect my Sense to the app at all. Bluetooth doesn't work. Wi-Fi says there is no network 🤦:female_sign: I think I will return the piece.

Best AnswerThanks... Wow spent over an hour trying to get it to connect to my AT&T network. I saw this set up a guest wifi network and it connected right away.
