Syncing issues

I've only had my Sense for about a month and I constantly have issues with it syncing with the app properly. It hasn't tracked my sleep for the past two nights, and more often than not when I check the app it's not syncing with my watch in terms of updating step count or anything. I've tried the fix suggestions of restarting both the app and the watch but that's not helping. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You have granted access to all app permissions? Battery setting has to be "Do not optimize".
