June 27/23 (purchased June 13/23)

At noon today,  my Sense stopped syncing  with my phone. I've restarted everything,  uninstalled and reinstalled app, updated everything, I turned off wifi and used 5G and it synced. Now it won't sync, again.... I'm still on 5G....arrrghhh, frustrating!

Hi @Pammiegolf - this may be a phone issue especially after updates.

Check battery saving is stopping the Fitbit App and associated services from running in background.

Check also if WiFi hasn't turned itself on again.

You can also try removing the watch Bluetooth entries from the phone, then Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Restart the watch again by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

If this still is not working in the Fitbit App click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Pammiegolf!

Having started at Jun 27, 15:58 PDT, there have been intermittent issues with logging in and syncing for Fitbit users who had migrated their Fitbit accounts to Google or had created a new Google account for their Fitbit devices because one of the corresponding Google servers was overloaded. This issue is resolved by now.

This is not resolved. Having the same issue as we speak. 1:42 PM EST. Half he stuff is greyed out. Sync sometimes says it works. Others, says it can't sync. Phone and sense reboot and same issue. Prompted to turn on some premium features and it failed.

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @dethboy!

After having checked once again, I see all systems operational at the moment. I'd suggest to force quit the Fitbit app after having cleared it's cache to see if that will fix your issue.
Also worth mentioning is that Fitbit app version 3.84 is currently being rolled out.
