When these 2 features will be available in Ukraine. Its very important to me features but i can't use them for what i pay my money...

Hello @Stemplton and welcome to the Community.  Both features are medically regulated.  They needed approval from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) before they could be released here.  They need approval from the equivalent Ukrainian agency to be released in your country.  It is a decision that must be made by your country.
