Talk through watch on outgoing calls

Right now if I go through Google assistant to start a phone call, the call goes through my phone and not through the watch. When it is an incoming call I can talk into the watch and hear out of the watch. I should be able to talk and hear out of the watch for both incoming and out going calls. I don't want to start a call on my watch then have to take my phone out of my pocket once it starts dialing. I want the whole process to be through my phone just like incoming calls are

I've been a Fitbit fan for years, but my recent purchase of my Sense is disappointing. Should have purchased something else.

Same! I bought an Apple Watch and gave it to my son and as I prefer my Fitbit watches. I’m rethinking that now.
