Temperature issue

Hello all,

Got a present and it was a Sense. Very excitedly I switched out my Versa 2 for my new Sense. BIG issue, it shows my temperature at 19 degrees. I think I’d be dead if that was the case. Any ideas on why could be wrong? I’ve had it a week and the readings couldn’t be more off.
Thanks All!

Hello @Gman32141

Would you please post a screenshot of the temperature?

Reason is that that actually Fitbit doesn't show the skin temperature as absolute value, rather than a relative value compared to your previous nights. Because of this it needs to store 3 nights to set up a baseline.

Problem is that this 19 degrees, that I assume as relative value is way to high. For example my wife's sense this night recorded a +0.1 degrees compared to her baseline.

Please let us know, we are here t help.
