I had been with the FitBit family for 6 years. Sometime back in Dec2021 I stopped getting my notifications. Both calls & texts. I have a Android phone. I saw that this was a problem. How could it not be corrected in months? This continued till I left the FitBit family in April 2022. I decided to go to a Samsung Smart watch. This issue should have been take more seriously FitBit. Come on.

What’s the matter? Samsung forum too boring for ya?. Had to come back didn’t ya? 🤣
Seriously though I believe the issue was fixed along time ago.
