I have a Sense and an iPhone 8. My text notifications on my Sense continue disabling. I checked all setting in both my Fitbit app and also iphone settings and both are exactly as recommended by previous posts. The only remedy that has worked is shutting down my Sense and turning back on. This works for a few hours and then notifications turn off again!

Try keeping the Fitbit app open on your phone. I found that helped in the past.
