My husband and I just got the Fitbit Sense. When we go to the app and touch our picture we get very different results. His shows him in the first place on the list, mine is an empty blank. When he touches Sense he gets a bunch of tiles and general information, I get a white screen. Nothing. No optional watch faces, voice assistant set up, nothing! We have the exact same phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 8). Both of us have the same Fitbit version and my Sense is up to date. The only difference I see is that under Bluetooth connections his says Sense and mine says Sense Controls. I would like to be able to set up the voice assistant, change watch face, etc. Can someone help?
Okay... I THOUGHT I had this fixed on Sunday, but now it's doing the same thing. Do I need to go through the uninstall/reinstall/reconnect EVERY TIME? This is quite frustrating!

Never mind, I fixed it. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled and reconnected my Sense to my phone. Now mine says Sense under Bluetooth and I have all of the tiles. Thanks for your attention!

It's doing it again. I seriously DON'T want to have to go through those hoops all the time! How can I get the tiles to appear on my phone, PLEASE?!!

I am having the exact same issue. Samsung S20+. Uninstalled and reinstalled... Still no Apps tile
