Does it not snap back?  I push it down and it looks ok and then it opens up again. How do I get this fixed?  I love this watch!!!  And wear it 7x24

Unfortunately, this seems to be a failure in the glue. It isn't easily fixed although if you search the community you'll find instructions for a DIY repair (as long as you have good DIY skills).

 

Alternatively, if you are still within warranty you should be eligible for a replacement. I suggest contacting customer support via contact.fitbit.com who can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
