Tiles and stats on Fitbit app won't open

This evening the app will not open any of the category stats from the today page. The only info I can view  is the today home page. 
I’ve force-stopped and rebooted the phone but no results. The odd thing is the exercise tile will open upon restart and try to start an active exercise session and then it blanks out and goes back to the today home. 

anyone else have this happen? any fixes outside of uninstalling/reinstalling app and losing all my data?

Hi @Gyda. It's good to see you here in the forums.

 

Thanks for the details, as well as every step tried prior to posting. This is odd as the Fitbit app should be working well. Before trying to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app, may I know the model and OS version of your phone? Also, do you recall since when have you had this issue? These details will help me to investigate on my end what may be occurring.
